Our billing service paypal.com collects our members payment information
for processing. We choose paypal because they service over 25 million
accounts around world and are the top payment method used at ebay.com.
To ensure our site is secure we hired squaretrade.com to scan HWproblems.com
requarley for the latest vulnerabilities. We must met their standards
in order to display their safe shopping logo. Even though these services
cost HWproblems added operational cost we believe this is money well
spent to ensure our members get the best possible protection. |

activation of your membership we suggest processing your payment though
our billing service Paypal.com. You may have your payment directly
withdrawn from you bank or pay with a credit card. To pay by money

from your bank account. Some members prefer this option over payment
by credit card. |

Your payment will be automatically
deducted each month on the date you signed up until you cancel your
membership. However, if you sign up on the 31st your following payment
will be ducted on the first of each month. |

Yes, absolutly! To view
the list of posted solutions for each book first select the book then
click on the links that say "posting" or "complete
list of currently posted solutions". |

Yes, you may cancel your
membership at anytime and Gold members will continue to have full
access until the end of their billing cycle. Unlike our websites
HWproblems believes if you paid for a full month you should have
access for a full month. |

Yes, if you need a problem
posted select the book and click on one of our request form links
to submit your request. However, we suggest looking at the list of
posted problems for a simular problem for immediate help. |

Yes, we will send an email
to the address given on the request form. |

long does it take for a request to be posted? |

If your request is selected
we try to post the problem close to the date given on the request
form. However, we suggest reviewing the complete list of posted problems
to see if our Gold plan is best for you. |

all the solutions I request be posted? |

A requested problem is selected
for posting based on the number of requests we receive. We try to
post as many request as possible however, some request are not selected
for the following reasons. The request is submitted to late leaving
us with insufficent time to process the request. Not enough Gold members
requested the problem and we have posted a simular problem already. |

No, we don't have all
the problems posted. However, we are confident that the most assigned
homework problems are posted. When selecting which problems to post
we select the ones that are accessed and requested the most. |
