and members. This statement covers the privacy policy of HWproblems.com
only. If you link from HWproblems.com to another site this statement does

collected or how other site(s) use your personal information. By using

and use of your personal information

| When a visitor joins one of our membership plans we collect personal
information including e-mail address, name, username, and password. We
also ask for the name of the school you attend, and the city and state where
the school is located. At times we may ask visitors and members to fill
out a survey, refer to section "Information collected on surveys". We
don’t ask our visitors or members to give us any other personal
information like mailing address, phone number, or credit card number.
However, when a visitor joins a fee based membership plan or service, our
billing agent does require personal information needed to collect payment,
refer to section "Information collected by billing agent".

| We use
e-mail addresses to respond to requests, customer service issues,
promotions and membership status. The information is also used to
communicate with you regarding your membership plan and to send periodic
newsletters that are considered essential to the operation of our service.
The non-personal information is used to compile general demographic
statistics which maybe shared with advertisers.

sell or give away your e-mail address or any other information that could
be used to identify you without your consent.

| Information collected on surveys
|

| We don’t
require you to fill out any of our surveys, however, to improve our
service we may ask you for feedback in the form of a survey. The
information we ask for and collect changes on each survey depending on
service we are considering to improve, add, or delete from our site. We
may also ask you to fill out a survey designed to improve advertisements,
for example, your age, sex, year in college. This information may be
shared with advertisers in a general statistical data sheet, for example,
percent of male visitors.

Information collected by billing agent
|

| Services
that require payment are handled by a billing agent. The billing agent
collects your personal information needed to process your payment. Please
read the privacy statement of the billing agent you choose. From the
billing agent we receive information that tells us your payment was
approved in the form of coded numbers. Depending on the billing agent we
can receive some personal information you supplied during payment. We
never receive you credit card number, expiration date, card id number, or

| Our site is not set up to track, collect or distribute personal
information not entered by visitors. Our
site logs do generate certain kinds of non-identifying site usage data,
such as the number of hits and visits to our sites. This information is
used for internal purposes to provide better services to the visitor and
may also be provided to others in the form of statistics that contain no
personal information used to identify the visitor or member.

generate personal information, do not read personal information from your
machine. The cookies are simply a number that we decode to tell us if you
are logged in and your membership plan. We require you to enable your
browser cookies to utilize our services and to provide easier site

site, please e-mail us at service@hwproblems.com immediately and contact
the billing agent that processed the charge. Our site has security measures
in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information
under our control. Our site uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption.
SSL works with both Netscape and Internet Explorer browsers to encrypt and
protect your personal information as it is transmitted to our site.
