Please read carefully before using hwproblems.com. By using hwproblems, you agree to the terms and conditions stipulated in this contract.

Hwproblems.com (hereafter referred to as "hwproblems",  "us" or "we") provides this website and all site-related services (hereafter referred to as "Site") subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement (the "Agreement"). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, DO NOT USE HWPROBLEMS.com. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, DO NOT REGISTER WITH HWPROBLEMS.com. 

IF YOU ALREADY REGISTERED AND YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS CONTRACT, CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP IMMEDIATELY.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
This Agreement is made between hwproblems and site visitor and/or member (hereafter referred to as "visitor", "member", or "you"). We reserve the right at any time to:
  • Change the terms of this Agreement; or
  • Change the Site, including eliminating or discontinuing any content on or feature of the Site; or
  • Change any fees or charges for use of the Site; or
  • Change which areas, and/or postings require membership access.

Any changes we make will be effective immediately with or without notice to you.  We may provide notice to you by means including, without limitation, posting on the Site or via electronic mail. Your use of the Site after such notice will be deemed acceptance of such changes. You agree to review this Agreement periodically to ensure familiarity with the most current version!
2. REGISTRATION and Membership
If you join any of hwproblems membership plans, either a fee plan or free plan you agree to the following conditions.
  • Provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as requested in the  registration form; and
  • Guard your username and password enter during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. And you are fully responsible for all activities that occur when you or someone else is using your password and/or membership. Please notify service@hwproblems.com immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or membership or any other breach of security.
3. YOU AGREE NOT! TO
  • Modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, use, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information or content contained in the Site; or
  • Not to sell or share or give away your membership and/or password to anyone; or
  • Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices contained in the Site; or
  • "Frame" or "mirror" any part of the Site without our prior written authorization; or
  • Use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other manual or automatic device or process to retrieve, index, "data mine," or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Site or its contents.
4.YOU AGREE TO DO
As a condition of your use of the Site, you agree, represent, and warrant that you will not use the Site for any purpose or in any manner that is prohibited by these Terms and Conditions or by any applicable law.  It is your responsibility to ensure that you use of the Site complies with these Terms and Conditions.
  • Upon our request, you agree to sign a non-electronic version of this Agreement; and
  • While using the Site, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations; and
  • Notify any person and/or website in violation of our copyrighted martial.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
  • Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed as granting you a license to use any of our intellectual property, except as expressly set forth herein. The deletion or alteration of any proprietary notices from the Site is prohibited and shall be a cause for immediate termination. 
  • All pages, solutions, postings, lessons, tips and graphics on this Site are protected by U.S. copyright laws and international treaties and may not be copied without our express written permission. The unauthorized use of any of Site content and graphics for any purpose is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.
  • Our Site, may include inaccuracies, typographical errors or out-of-date information. Changes may be made and items may be added to the Site from time to time without notice to you. We may make such changes or additions at any time in our sole discretion.  
6. TERMINATION
Either party, for any reason may terminate this contract at any time whatsoever. This termination will take effect as soon as one of the parties discontinues the membership. We reserve the right to suspend your involvement with hwproblems at any given time, without warning, if you should violate any of the clauses in this contract. At no time are you permitted to authorize another individual to use your personal username and/or password to logon to hwproblems. You may not sell or transfer your account to anyone. I certify that all the information I have provided to hwproblems is accurate. I promise to use hwproblems in such a manner that respects laws in effect in Canada, the United States and Europe. Hwproblems reserves the right (but is not obligated) to reject any member that does not comply with these laws. 
7. Limitation of Liability
  • NEITHER HWPROBLEMS NOR ITS SUPPLIERS, ADVERTISERS, AFFILIATES, OR AGENTS OR SPONSORS ARE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR OTHER DAMAGES UNDER ANY CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER THEORY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY TO THE SITE AND/OR CONTENT CONTAINED ON THE SITE, OR SERVICE PURCHASED THROUGH THE SITE. YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SITE, CONTENT CONTAINED WITHIN THE SITE IS TO STOP USING THE SITE. THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE MAXIMUM LIABILITY TO HWPROBLEMS FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE) SHALL BE THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, TO ACCESS THE SITE.
  • IMPORTANT: hwproblems does not guarantee that the service it provides is 100% efficient nor 100% safe. It is possible that the network may experience a "blackout", or that a "computer pirate" may penetrate the server. You must become aware, BEFORE BECOMING A MEMBER, that it is possible (although not probable), that an individual with evil intentions may access hwproblems and use some of the personal information provided by members, for his or her own purposes. 
  • IN NO CASE can hwproblems or any of its administrators be held responsible for acts of computer piracy, nor can they be blamed for damage or loss this may cause you. Under no circumstances may an administrator or member of the hwproblems organization be held responsible if a member is unable to browse on hwproblems, for whatever reason (unable to understand, defective phone line, incompatible modem, broken cable, incorrect configuration, incompatible browser, etc.).
